General info and cancellations

Misc. Information:

- The suite is located on the 3rd floor of the building and is accessed via stairs only. There is no elevator.

- Check-in is at 3PM & Check-out is at 11AM.

- We have free on-site parking for 1 vehicle .

Deposit Required:

We typically require a deposit totalling the amount of 1 nights stay, sometimes more, depending upon the length of stay or time of year, etc. See "Cancellations" below for deposit refund information.

Rules:

- Occupancy is limited to 2 guests only. No additional individuals are permitted in the suite without prior permission from the owners.

- Use of the suite is for the use of the individuals named on the reservation only.

- No parties or events of any kind are allowed in the suite or on the adjoining porch. (please contact us directly if your stay is part of wedding/honeymoon plans).

- Children under 12 are not permitted for safety reasons.

- No Smoking in the suite or porch area.

- No pets of any kind allowed.

Cancellations:

Our standard policy it to have all deposits become non-refundable 21 days or less in advance of your reservation. However, if we are able to re-book your original reservation dates, we will refund your deposit 100%. In the event of a named Hurricane impacting your stay, the deposit will be refunded.
